Found in the Benedictine convent of Norcia, it is a very rustic plum. Flowering is late and the fruit ripens late in the second half of September. The plum is oval-shaped, of medium size, with a purplish skin and yellow, juicy and aromatic pulp, attached to the stone. Suitable for fresh consumption and processing into jams.
