Its origin is unknown, but it is certainly part of the large group of Rosa apples. Widespread in Central Italy. The medium vigorous tree with an expanded habit. Flowering in the middle period and production only on the fruit buds (lamburde). Large round fruit, symmetrical, flattened at the poles. Yellow-green skin with diffuse red streaks. Calycin  cavity open but not deep and medium deep pedicle cavity. Petiole thick but short. Cream-colored pulp, slightly floury, sweet and juicy, with low acidity. Ripens the second decade of September. Not very long-lasting.
