Found in the area of the Middle Tiber Valley, cited and also described by Aldrovandi, already known in 1500. Tree not very vigorous and with an expanded shape. Medium early flowering, maturation in the first ten days of August. The fruit of an ovoid shape of medium size, has a short petiole inserted laterally in a rather typical way. The skin is yellow with numerous rusty and evident lenticels. The pulp is white and somewhat liquescent, very juicy and aromatic, with great taste. Not very storable.
