Inclusive
Nature

The main goal of the Inclusive Nature project is social inclusion through the theoretical and practical understanding of biodiversity.

Its aim is to make the Collection Orchard and the activities that take place there as accessible as possible to everyone: allowing visitors to experience the visit in its entirety and thus enrich the experiential and cultural background of people who cannot immediately interact with the environment, but who need specially designed interpretive tools and descriptive forms of mediation that engage their functioning senses.

Inclusive Nature includes the creation of an accessible route in one section of the orchard, equipped with handrails, paving suitable for people with mobility difficulties, and enhanced with technological signage, audio supports, and Braille texts telling the story of the fruit trees.

It will also be possible to access the Church of San Lorenzo and gain a closer understanding of biodiversity conservation techniques, thanks to the installation of a removable access ramp.
