Thanks to the development and rediscovery of diverse agricultural systems, capable of allowing the expression and evolution of agrobiodiversity, we believe it is possible to restore balance to the entire natural system.
Many years ago we began taking on the responsibility of seeking out neglected varieties of fruit tress to save our cultural and agricultural roots, with the belief that biodiversity is essential to the world’s evolution and our future.
With the material discovered during these 40 years of research and study, a collection orchard has been established on the S. Lorenzo di Lerchi estate in Città di Castello (PG).
